Speaking & Conversations

Talks and conversations about what shapes a life.

My talks explore how childhood conditioning quietly shapes many of the choices we later believe are entirely our own, why knowledge can inform us without necessarily changing us, and how lived experience can transform us in ways explanation alone cannot.

I speak about identity, collapse, sovereignty, relationships, and the moments in life that force us to question who we are and how we came to be that person.

Drawing on nature, challenge, and direct experience, I create conversations that encourage presence rather than performance, making room to recognize what is truly ours and what may need to change.

Small rooms, direct conversation

Most of my speaking has happened the way this photograph shows it, in small rooms without a stage, with people close enough to question, challenge, and respond. It is still the format I trust most: fewer people, more honesty.

Who this is for

For people who know something has to change.

This is for people who have built a life that looks successful from the outside but no longer feels right from within.

For those who feel empty despite achievement, lost despite accomplishment, or stuck in patterns they know they need to change.

If you have ever wondered how much of your life was truly chosen by you, this work is for you.

Ways to work together

Speaking: talks and conversations about conditioning, childhood, lived experience, identity, nature, collapse, sovereignty, and aliveness, drawn from the memoir and the life behind it.

Private conversations: a limited one-on-one format for people ready to look honestly at the patterns, assumptions, and inherited beliefs shaping their lives.

Podcasts & press: I'm glad to come on shows to talk about the memoir, conditioning, collapse, and what sovereignty actually requires. For guest enquiries, interview requests, or press assets, use the podcast and press option on the contact page.

Retreat: a retreat exploring these same themes in person is in early planning. A waitlist is open now through the contact page.
